Video Card Trouble

I have completely given up on this. Maybe someone can help me here.

I have a Radeon 9600 Pro video card. I recently purchased an ATI TV WONDER VE capture card. For the life of me I can't get the TV card to work. I think there might be some kind of conflict with the 9600 and the TV card.

Oh and for all of you out there wondering, ATI support sucks. Don't even attempt solve any problem using their website, or help center.

check on the cd you might need a program so the picture can be viewed n your pc ??

I have installed every program on the CD that came with both cards. I have downloaded every driver availble for both cards. I don't know........

Ok, I have the same TV card. Google a program called DScaler, that's a great program for the TV. What programs did it come with? I really don't feel like explaining it now, but if you really want to get it working, IM me.
