Illustrator Brushes

Does anyone know where I can download some Illustrator Brushes (for Illustrator 8) aside from AdobeExchange.

I also heard that you can use photoshop brushes in Illustrator? Is this true? If so, how can I do this?

Thanks for those - although I know how to make brushes (which both those sites explain) I was after already made brushes to download myself.
