dynamic sliding menu in MX

Lostinbeta utilises a sliding menu system with a delay so that the section head follows after the content. I have been looking around for a tutorial but haven't found one to date, any ideas?

BTW: My site is a DHTML experiment..... which doesn't work in Netscape :( But I am working on a new version. I hoped to have it done by the end of this month, but that doesn't look like it is going to happen.
