PHP wiz for tournament needed

Hey guys,
Were currently looking to expand out server company into a gaming tournament. However we dont have the time to do everything manually (clan sign up, scores, etc.) so we need a PHP site. If anyone is interested in helping out with just the PHP let me know. We have a design and layout and graphics we just need some help with the PHP script part of it.
