I tried making a soccer ball, but it looked boring so I threw one of my textures in to create something more of my style. I would like to present my borg-ball. hahaa :P

Nice Texture, sorta generates ideas in the head.
For the Soccerball, hehe, just hypernurb it after pressing "C".

I hypernurbed the platonic object, but it completely rounds out the polygons. How do you adjust it so that it rounds the polygons just a little bit?

Welcome to the forum jollup!!
Thanks for the tutorial link, I'm a beginner C4D user and I love the program despite what others say about it.
I'll go through some of the tutorials on your site over the weekend and I'll let you know how it went. =)

The only 3D program I've worked with is C4D and Swift3D so comparing those 2, C4D is a lot harder. But I wouldn't know if it was easier than 3DMax or Maya since I've never worked with those.

yeah same here, i have only worked with Swift 3d and MAX, and MAX is the most complicated thing i have EVER worked with...and i have used Maya 4.0 one time and that was easy...but i dont know maybe i will give it a whirl...but i am used to 3Ds so i might just stay...but the not having to render again to change the colors and stuff is making me salivate...but you can do it in MAX...just gotta learn how...
