scrollbar free window

I want to create a transparent scroll bar free window on the right side of my website. I'm using html. If someone could help me that would be great!

Do you want a totally "naked" window or a window that only has the title bar with the X?

Well unless all of your users are using IE5+ you shouldn't use the naked window.

What do you mean transparent?

transparent as in unselectable or what?

by transparent I mean that I want my background to show through the box where I will have my text or whatever. I'm putting a scrolling background behind the box and i want people to see it.
