pc 2 tv video card

what are some good pc to tv video cards that are relatively cheap but can be good in quality. i dont need it to do everyday work, i just want it so that i can stream anime to my tv, im tired of watching it on my pc monitor.

i use a 128 gforce, works great, but i don't like to loose qualit by watching it on tv
