go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp and download the "powertoys" for windows xp.

there's a whole bunch of stuff you can mess with using the TweakUI powertool

Are there any tweaks for a menu like Apples Panther? LIke the little menu at the bottom? I had STyleXP but i don't want that.
