Address Bar Icons...

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the little icons that appear in a site's address bar. For example, this forum shows the guy and computer icon in the address bar.

Also, what size should it be and how do you include it?

Thank you. I wasn't sure what they were called, so I couldn't do a search for them.

If anyone else is interested I found a great site that makes a favicon for you for free. All you do is upload an image, wait a few seconds and then download your new favicon. The site also has instructions on how to use it.
