[FMX] Alpha tween with ActionScript

I'm not realy familiar with setInterval and prototype.So can you please be a little more specific. I can use some help!

He even posted an example for his prototype.

I have checked that ofcourse, but as I said,I'm not to familiar with ProtoType so I don't know what to do where and why!
