what layer style did they use for the stuff? im good with graphics, but i dont use photoshop much (dont ask, long story)

I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying say.

Are you asking how they did this? like the rounded corners and such?

i can see it has drop shadows and inner shadows and stuff..

One good way to find how people do stuff is to look at the source code. If that still is confusing you or you just cannot figure it out, save the site on your hard drive, open a wysiwyg prorgram such as dreamweaver or front page, load the page in and see how it's constructed.

I hope that helps you a little...
