Creating drop-down page jumps

Is it possible to create a drop-down menu when an option is selected, the website user is taken to that page. - like the pne below, which says 'Flash Resourses' ?

yes there is. but you cant do it in front page (at least I dont think you can)
you can go to www.lissaexplains.com (dont laugh, lol.. good codes) and search in there. i know it's there.
