That is indeed very nice... I want to venture some guesses at some filters used though :D

Clouds (or Difference Clouds)
Polar Coordinates
Add Noise
Guassian Blur
Adjustment/Hue Saturation

Any of these correct? (I like to look at pictures and see if I can imagine how they were done)

Also... you should try and have it so that the smaller planet (or moon?) is different from the bigger one... as it is now it is a shrunken down copy of the bigger planet.

lost i was doing this between moving lol. so i was like REALLY rushed. i will prob go back and redo it, i know i was like, ugh tacky but i got no time.

the planet used almost no filters.

but the stars:
Noise
Gblur
Hue/Sat

i think that was a bout it if i remember right. its really a simple effect(s) using a lot of brushes and layer styles.
