I'm looking for Silent Hill 3, and ICO.

Anyone here who has these games? Or just one? And are willing to part with them for a fair price? :)

I've checked Amazon, and they have them for about £15 each.. just wanted to check here first.. :)

both are for Playstation2, of course ;)

Well, SH3 is still particularly new so you probably won't be able to shave off but a couple bucks from the price.

That's almost exactly how POP (sands of time) was and they compare it greatly to ICO. But for only $10 I guess it would be worth it, even for something of that length.

I heard POP was a good game, I didn't hear that it was really short tho... I wish these developers could come up with better games. Or at least longer. I mean I hate throwing away $50 on a game that doesn't last more than 5 or 6 hours... Basically thats $10 an hour for entertainment... that costs more than a movie... and thats almost as much as I make per hour at work!

Freedom Fighters was good but also too short. Definatly hard, but I think they could have added a few more levels... :)

Well, there was also that bonus level at the end of the game that was pretty hard ;)

The most recent game I purchased was Max Payne 2 for $50. This game was also really short which pissed me off. I asked the store about selling PC games and they told me they'd give me somewhere around $10 for it because of pirates. The thing that gets me is that the store turns around and sells them for about $5 less than retail, profitting about $35.

And they're saying the music industry is losing money...:sigh:

I have the original Amiga Prince of Persia from back in (eek) 1990 ish. :)

But I agree, SH3 is still pretty new, so £15 is a good price from Amazon...

The console versions of that game actually has some multiplayer modes in it. Surprised that it didn't come with the PC version.

Agreed ICO is short, I've played about 3 hours of it so far, and it's not hard.. but a few good things about it is:

it's a "cozy" game.. it's a game my gf can sit down and play, without giving ME the controller everytime something living the size of a freighttrain pops out :P

and it's a beautiful game IMO, I like running around and looking at the architecture... really inspirering :)

and last, it was cheap!

and, with my FFIX just sliding through the slot, I've got next week booked up :)

(plus, my holidays started today, same day FFIX came ;) Work free for 10 days :thumb: )
