I like it, pretty simple, but yet stylish. The enter thing is pretty clever. What you have now is a nice start, let us know when you're done. =)

haha you should design your entire site while you're sleeping then, might come up with some interesting stuff. =)

Take a look at my post in this thread: you'll see what i mean.

I have the default bg color changed to fit the rest of the color scheme of my system. Not too many people do this, but there are some that do. When I go to a site and it looks like the attachment in my post I get kind of mad because the person was too lazy to take two seconds and define the HTML background color:
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
I usually never go back if I see that. It makes the site very unprofessional looking...
Your site looks great, but that one tag needs to be defined...
Sorry, I'm picky :P

jubba how do i prevent that from happening to me when i do my site, just set the BG colour?

well don't do it for me. do it for yourself. I'm assuming that since I do it, there are others out there that do it as well. I work part time in a small computer company where I do service work. A lot of people have their defaul colors changed. Imagine that someone was looking at your site and they were interested in hiring you, but because your site had illogical color changes they feel that your site is not professional looking enough and they pass you up. It takes two seconds to do, it creates a heightened sense of professionalism, and it is also proper HTML coding.

just define 'bgcolor' inside of the body tag.
<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
#FFFFFF is white, and you can change it to any color.

hey jubba, nice tip, but what about gradients? does a gradient background made in PS or other proggy look messed up in your comp and how to fix that?

If you are using an image for your background then it won't mess anything up. Its only when you don't define a bgcolor, because then it uses the system default, which on most computers is white, but some people change theirs...like me. :)
