There are some good ones, videos and stuff...
Adobe does have some here but I guess u have already seen it this is for AE 6.0...also there are only 15:(

if you've got special questions - check the creativcow forums - they are of an excellent level... ayato is good for people who know how to handle AE - compositions, layer effects and such...
