[FMX] need some help on code :(

Hey, I have this site i'm building. I'm just a beginner in actionscript, I read a book about it. I can't figure out how to create a code for the animation of the ball on this site: http://www.hot.ee/dvm/new/flash/img/index.swf The animation you see there with the ball and shadow under it, is tweened. Can somebody tell me how to create the same animations but with actionscript? Thanks
