wow you have a pretty big flash layout there, In my opinion, the bottom half could be done with just HTML and have the upper half flash unless you wanted a full flash layout.

I'm guessing you're not done since none of the buttons work on your menu. Also I think the menu could use some work too, those lines under each button doesn't go well with the overall layout. You have a nice header, but the menu doesn't match with it.

I think the bottom half needs something to tie it into the rest of the layout. The way the text is layed out resembles a magazine spread. Maybe a simple footer at the bottom would balance things out.

Overall it's not bad, it's pretty clean and organized, but I think it could look better. =)

Your design is cool. But I think you can do better to incorporate your hometown in the design. The design does not bring out the subject matter IMHO. Also the text is huge. IMHO. Also it took a while to load. I was expecting some big time stuff to happen here. You may wanna look at the optimization of your graphics.
