I've got an animated gif that I want to edit. It's a basic "loading" animation with thre blocks moving from left to right. I just want to edit the colours of these blocks. Can anyone offer a step by step on how to do this in Photoshop 7.0?

Thanks!

you need the psd file and you actually do this in image ready

if you have fireworks, you could use that...

paint shop pro would work as well...

paint shop pro is nice for gifs, or gif animato or gif animation shop etc...

Since everyone seems to have the power - can anyone change this:

To reflect these colours:

OK, here it is:

basically all I did was I took it into Fireworks, used the SubSelection tool and clicked the squares, then changed their blending mode to luminosity, which has the effect of changing them to grayscale because they are on a white background, and voila!
