How do you import a Adobe pic onto Flash MX?

Im trying to animate this pic so that it moves, but i dont know how to get it onto flash mx.
Plz help me.

Save the file as a jpg, gif, or png and then in Flash go to File/Import.


You cannot import a .psd file if that is what you were thinking.
