Creating dynamic diagonal images

I'm looking for a way to create something similar to the diagonal type looking stop name images on the following page

(scroll down to the image of the schedule)

the idea is that there will be hundreds of different images that i want to create, and combine them dynmically. i was wondering if there was any way to do it.
