Is there anyway/softwares/utilities to convert a .doc file to .pdf format file?

Install Adobe Acrobat Reader and it will add a button to your word toolbar which will do exactly what you want.

Or you will have an option to print to pdf ;)

Definitely :) We use it in the office all the time.

man, its not working... no buttons added :(

try the second way, it should definitely work. Go to File> Print and there should be a printer called Acrobat PDFWriter there.

Also have you tried looking at the toolbars? right-click an empty toolbar area and look for PDFMaker button.

yes i have done that but no luck and i remember using the printing method last time and it worked... but anyway i got it done from adobe online now.
