how can you resize?

well im trying to resize my finished picture in photoshop smaller and save it that way... how can i do it in photoshop?

Go to the top menu and it is under Image/Image Size

or if you are just trying to resize one part of it, CTR+T then to keep the origanal shape HOLD SHIFT.


or if you want it to conform to the size of the image, Image|Trim
