I like every thing but the drop shadow on the turtle outside the bottle. Maybe reduce the darkness of it or adjust the postion a bit. THe turtle in the bottle looks great.

and I agree about the 'clockturtle', it indeed looks a bit fake.
Maybe adding a reflection beneath it will help.

How did you get the clock on there so well, did you use a diffusion map or just some tricky transformations or....?

A combination actually: first a transformation to give it the proper direction. Then I added a displace filter with a b/w image of the turtles shield as source. And finally deleting the parts of the clock outside of the shield.
A bit of playing with blending modes et voila :)
