Random movie placement

Okay folks, need help.

Picture the scene, my trees are grown, the sun is in the sky and the birds are singing, as you move the mouse over one of the empty fields, tiny pretty flowers begin to grow where your mouse has been.

Any ideas how I do this?

I'll be your friend at breaktime.

make a small movieclip of a flower growing maybe have a few randm type events to go to different color or shape flowers in the movieclip. Place the movieclip on the stage and assign some rollovers to it. Then duplicate the heck outta the clip so that all the duplicates cover the area you would like the flowers to grow in.
Then when the end user rollsover the area it will activate the flower clips an viola you have a growing field or whatever it is yu have.
