Hi ya all,
My boss wants me to design a simple logo for our new online software product, as he is the boss i've already been told what the colour of the logo will be and told again to keep it simple! ahaha - well yeah - i've come up with a few different ideas and just wanted some feedback before i show him!
Cheers

Idea A - I think would work without the gradient fade on the watch.
Idea D - This one is my second favorite, I like what you did with the watch and the letter "o."
Idea G - I like this one the most. Lined up nicely and simple.

Idea A works best for me - strong design dynamics to accompany a dynamic message.
I would though think about the clock in all the examples. The time shown is two O'clock (or possibly two minutes). Suggest this is made to one o'clock, and maybe think about how you show one minute as opposed to a time.
But keep the strong dynamics ;)

Idea a works for me.....Maybe try to have one where it is not faded and the watch is separated from the text with a solid white border or space, or bring the fade in some. Kinda off balance being so far away...

i like A idea as well, something about F i like as well, its great the way you incoporated a watch with the o, great stuff.
Idea G does look nice and simple, but it looks to me like old timers books, while the other logos are vibrant , young, modern book company feel to them.
I agree with DDD about trying "IdeaA" without the clock faded. I think try to incoporate the line cut off effect you have in "IdeaG" but to give it a more modern appeal and to go with the slanted clock, slant the line to serpates the company name and symbol (clock). Then maybe you could right justify the type, so it lies well with the line.
Hope this could help.... some great concept you have there. nice work...:thumb:
And welcome to the forums! ;)

I like D...
But seems a bit too long for a logo?

Wowowo, thank you so much for all of your great comments :) They have been very helpful and i didn't expect to have this much feedback. All your comments i will take into consideration for you r all designers too :)
Cello -> I'll think about some of other time metaphors for 1 o'clock besides a watch & yeah i'll change the time to 1 instead of 2 ;)
Electro, DDD, Soul & Sintax -> i'll try without the gradient fades too (good idea) ;)
Ranoka -> Yeah logo D is rather long
And thanks so much again ppls =D
