Is it posibble to make a new 3d object instead o the spheres and boxes

I just i got Swift 3d i need to get some help on to make 3d objects

Sure , you can make other shapes by using the Lathe and Extrusion Editors, or even combining shapes, ie; putting a squre inside of a sphere.
