vibrating circles

I have used Kirupa's tutorial on vibrating circles and dont know how to turn it off.

I am using the circles in Scene 1 and want them to disappear when you enter into Scene 2.

I know very little about actionscript and am asking for help.

I am including the .fla so someone can hopefully help me.
