Help Please!!!

i need alot of help right about now. i had this virus that is going around and it comes as a "screen saver" but really does somthing else that i do not know of. well, me being my genious self went and deleted the virus files from the c:\windows\system32 file... aka, the one not to be tampered with! and well i managed to make it so i cannot directly open programs.... if anyone knows a fix for this virus... please help
