It's ok. just in my opinion i would get rid of the gradients on your buttons. don't like the site metter ad.. mmmm maybe have your movie in the center. on your photo gallery its a little hard to navigate some pics grow huge and the tumbnails get in the way of the enlarged pic
but its ok keep it up :) :)

Its not bad but I would center the movie on the screen. Also get rid of those images or tweek them so they look good (the quality looks crap) when you roll over the menu buttons. If you put a bit more development into the site it will look a lot better.

I have reworked the main navigation and it does look less cluttered
