1) Anyone can submit a finished work, be it HTML, Flash, code, designs, or any other combination.
2) Be kind to others and provide only constructive criticism. Try to find good things about a work as well as areas in need of improvement.
3) Do unto others. If you want people to critque your work, do some critiques yourself. Go ahead and even give a link to your thread and request them to return the favor after you write a critique!
