Desktop Skinning

I want to get a program to skin my desktop, but there are so many... which one do you guys think is the best?

OH and a question...

I have the free window blinds... but it shows an annoying popup during startup... does the paid version still show a dumb poppup?

if i remeber right oyu cant make your own skins in style, thats if you have a previously dl'ed one. but its nice if thats what you want it for

my wb doesn't give a popup (i have the free version)
this may be because i have a program that disables splash screens though

but how often does it start up? Once when your computer starts? Is it so annoying for that one time?


... one thing WB can enable is the always on top for about every window ;)

I still prefer StyleXP. Simple and clean. And also great skins out there ;)

WB takes up more resourses and stuffs itself into any hole it can find. I've had previous bad experiences with WB, it would just crash my system so I had to reinstall Windows. :(
