This is a sneak preview of one frame of a broadcast style animation I am planning for our site/potfolio cd. It is not aliased since I am still in production so excuse the jaggies. This is all done in Light Wave so far. I will add some special effects in AE and final will be in flash.

Oh yeah one part has not been smoothed yet....sorry.

It aint much yet but any comments welcome

umm. one part? You mean the whole pic right? It's so pixelated... it could so lots of smoothing... nice logo though...

yeah it is far from production.......still doing some texturing.....I have antialias turned off on rendering right now. Still working on lighting also.....I just felt like posting something.....I have not posted any of my 3d stuff in a while.....I will keep ya'll posted.

hahhaha.....rev......SF has got to you. Why could't it be a guy and a girl or 2 girls heehee. Ill post a better quality one in a few working on a better lighting scheme....

if you put a couple "lumps" on them, it will be 2 girls...

maybe you're right... 15 yrs in SF could be finally getting to me

I really like the 3d version, it was hard to imagine in its' flat form :thumb:

not really totally sure........incomplete story board ( so making it up a s I go). But kinda like the 3d stuff you see for the football games the animations shorts. But hopefully ill be able to deploy for the web also as well as a portfolio cd.

messing around, tuts, books and school.....Mostly messing around tho. I forgot how much I love LW. I had been playing with max for a while, but I think I am going to stick with LW :love:

that is simply amazing, i would love to learn 3d, but my school doesn't offer any computer graphics classes :( oh well, there's always college :)

www.3dbuzz.com has free training videos in all the apps. Thats right you heard it free. Once you learn a few basics everything else is just imagination

wow see this is why i want to get lw....345...gotta cough that up from some where. but it will be well worth it.

the second one looks so nice, very good looking cant wait untill i see the finished.
