I use PS only, and if ya wanna animate them, I suggest Jasc Animation Shop.. it's brilliant at animating these suckers :P


Anyway, I made this template ages ago, use it when I get a fresh idea :)

I always figured 1px was the smallest size anyone can get drawing on a comp. So in that case, if you need to go smaller than the smallest you can go... then.... thats pretty bad...lol.
