inserting dynamic content into a flash banner

Hello, what i am trying to do is insert my information that is in a database into a flash banner. I want the flash banner to change everytime there is new information inserted into the database. How would i go abouts doing this with access and cold fusion?

I don't know ao work with cold fusion, but if you want you try use flash <> php <> mysql
