i was wondering if you could make cool looking templates on flash mx?

As electrongeeks web is awsome with awsome templates, i was wondering if you could get those cool colors on flash mx (i know you cant make cool temps like electrons on flash mx, but can you get those cool colors on flash mx, like that lightish darkish blue)?

Nope because you do not have the ability to d layer blends and special effects stuff. As far as drawing tools and designing flash is purely vector. You will need the likes of ps7 to get that accomplished. And I heard electron does allot with cinema 4d
