I was bored so I decided to do a tutorial from my Adobe Illustrator book. It took me about an hour to finish, but it turned out ok, hope you guys like it. =)

Great job Electron! What is the diff. between Illustrator and Photoshop? What can you do differently between the two programs?

Rev, I'm not Chinese so I'm not 100% sure, but I believe they mean "beauty."
Brad, Illustrator is used to create vector based graphics, I normally use Illustrator to create logos. Photoshop is more towards photo manipulation and special effects. Often time I take my vector graphics and touch them up in photoshop.
Thanks for all the comments everyone. =)

Living in California, I have learned that even if you were Chinese, I wouldn't assume you read/write the language...
:pirate:
It's nice, I would be proud to hang that on my wall... right next to the Pavy...

My best friend is Chinese, and speaks the language fluently, but he can't read or write that much of it. He knows some, but not too much.

I'm Vietnamese and I've lived here 23 yrs out of my 24 yr old life so I can barely read and write Vietnamese. The Vietnamese newspaper looks like a bunch of scrambled up English words, but I'm trying to learn though. It's pretty sad that I can read more Spanish than Vietnamese. =(

LOL, well my friend has lived here his whole life, which is almost 18 years now, but his parents speak, write, read chinese everyday, he used to go to chinese school to learn how to read and write it, that is how he knows how to read and write what he knows now, but he can speak it fine because of his parents.
Pretty weird, but I guess it is harder to learn a language that uses symbols instead of words.

nice. do you have a wacom?
===
one thing that is kinda ironic is that a Japanese person can communicate, through writing, to a Chinese person, but cannot understand a word that is spoken.

Nope, I don't have a Wacom, I was suppose to get one with my last pay check, but I ended up buying some memory for my comp and a digital camera. :nerd:
