sites that allow U 2 create

Hey,

i'm working on a project trying to map out sites that allow the ueser to create (& send or save) his own movies\massages\animation\music or anything of the srot, as it seems that all that i had found use flash this would be a good place to ask,
please send any link that you think might be fit,

You are looking for or are you creating them?!

If you are looking for them.. I dunno.. Just use a search engine.. If you are trying to make them.. Well.. GOod Luck... PHP and the such would be needed... And I don't know if it's possible to save a small piece of animation to your disk using that way....
