On the next version of my site I am going to offer Photoshop brush sets so I figure I should probably figure a couple things out first. Does anyone know how to create a new set? I can't figure it out. I'm funning version seven.
Thanks

use the brushes panel. put your custom brushes in there and then save them using the panels upper right arrow menu thingy

But there is no option to start a new set. So all of my brushes have to go into a premade category. I don't want them to go into a premade category. *sniff*

Oh nevermind, I figured it out.
Thanks sen. Haha.. I accidently typed x instead of n in your name and I found that comical.

just load in a small set and delete those. Like I have "thick and heavy" - I dont know if its a set that came with ps or not (probably) and its only 5 brushes. So load that in, delete the 5 and start making new ones. When you have your set complete, save it out.
To make life easier on yourself, you can make a brush set with only one brush so it can be easily loaded and deleted for when making a new brush set

if you want to make your own brush, create an image to be your brush, then select Edit-Define Brush. but make sure you have the group of brushes you want your's to be in selected, then define it.

Thanks replode. I was actually just asking about storing them, not creating them. =)
