How do i make a flash intro like this???

How the hell can i make a flash intro like this site .......... www.grungers-corner.com ..... that flash intro rocks!!!! can someone help me out?????? what program do i use ,ect.....

It looks like they used WildForm SWfx to get the text to play in, though with a bit of time you can achieve all this in bog standard Flash.

Obviuouly the sound and graphics wiull have been edited elsewhere, but you could do all this in Flash, straight out of the box.
