First a detail: Typo in featured project: comming soon

I've read the previous posts; it's possible the my imac is to slow, but it takes about 5 seconds for each textblock to appear... too slow...
Maybe some (better) transitions between the screens? it doesn't "flow"

Other than that: Nice work!

umm.... Nice,clean layout.. But all that could have been done easier/faster with html. I guess since your site is not complete yet, you don't have all the animations,transitions,etc implemented to take advantage of flash.

You should also remove the scroller bars.. Especially the horizontal one.

Also, there's no point of making those windows drag..
Especially when it snap back to position.. =)

I agree with whats been posted so far. The side nav bar is kind of laggy and needs some work IMO. The overall layout is clean and pretty nice. But yes, it does need more FLASH. Keep going :).
