Newbie with more questions!

I'm experimenting with actionscript and i'm trying to create a basic effect where the text "LOADING..." is in a dynamic text box and changes with a time interval to "PLEASE WAIT...". it keeps changing all the time and fades between the two messages. I created a dynamic box and gave it a var name but i don't know the actionscript to do this!
