There aren't that many rules, since this seems to be a really friendly and laidback forum, however I felt I should finally put some up.

1. No Warez/Cracks/Serials/Pay Fonts: This doesn't really need mentioning, since it's a general rule of the Kirupa Forums.

2. Criticism: Don't reply with something like "It sucks." Either give an honest, positive crit or comment, or don't reply.

3. Be Specific: Refrain from saying something like "I just got this software and I really need help. Help me!" Read through the help files & manuals, learn the basics, and feel free to ask specific questions.

4. Linking Images: Link images that are large (both in file size and in dimension), or if they contain something that you think others would find inappropriate. Give warnings of nudity, etc.

I don't want to intrude, but I want to add to Rule #2.

2. Criticism: Don't reply with something like "It sucks." Either give an honest, positive crit or comment, or don't reply.

If you see something you dislike about the image, instead of saying something crude and mean like "it sucks" you should post constructive criticism on what you dislike and why you dislike it, and if possible, a way they could change it to make it look better.

They can't improve off of unkind words, but they can improve off of your kind suggestions.

Sorry just to add something that was brought to my attention from another forum. Drawing and Design has had a reputation of an "everything is cool" forum. Please be honest with the folks, if their work needs improvement. But be constructive. It may offend but that is how we get better from learning from our mistakes. Consider this another ammendmant to rule #2. like 2.2 or something.
