How do I create a revolving globe in Flash?

I found this .fla at flashkit.com:

Its a looped mask of a stretched out map of earth. Or you can do the real thing and use a program like Maya or 3D Studio Max but that takes a lot of time and this is a nice way to do it with just using Flash and images!
