Yeah I see it now.

It is very blue.

You should have the X button on the windows use the hand cursor so people can know they can click it, and maybe make the windows draggable/minimizable if you are immitating an OS.

good plan on the x, and Im working on the draggable part... gotta figure out how... shouldnt be to tough:)
